Tuxedo Clear Ice Kit

Using clear cocktail ice is an important aspect of creating high-quality cocktails or mocktails, and can make a big difference in the taste, appearance, and overall enjoyment. This kit will give you 8 clear craft cocktail ice cubes that measure 2” x 1.75”.

Made with 2 compartments. The top is a food-grade BPA-free silicone mold that forms the 8 cubes and the second is a reservoir below that houses the water/ice to discard. With a hard plastic layer in-between to aid in easier handling and separation when frozen. The 2-compartment system allows the impurities to travel downwards into the bottom reservoir resulting in crystal-clear ice cubes in the top removable ice tray. Includes a removable lid to keep the clear cubes from absorbing the odor from the freezer and keep ice fresh for longer.

The kits process is called directional freezing meaning to freeze these custom cubes from top to bottom. All sides are insulated except the top ensuring the top-down freezing process. No cutting down or reshaping from a huge block of ice. These large cubes are great for slower dilution allowing you to enjoy a cocktail or spirit the way it was intended.
